WINNIPEG- A judge has found the head of the John Howard Society in Manitoba not guilty of sexually assaulting a young girl.
The 12-year-old had testified in a Winnipeg courtroom that John Hutton touched her inappropriately from 2009 to 2012.
Hutton took the stand in his own defence and said the allegations were not true.
Hutton says he is now looking forward to moving on and getting back to work.
